Terms and conditions


Orders can be placed on our website by choosing the products and putting them in the cart. Once the desired items are all added to the cart, payments can be made directly on the website with all types of credit cards.


Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country. Only orders to the United States can benefit from the Free Shipping option. Please refer to the table of shipping costs.
The order will be sent out within two working days with our trusted courier services. Professional and thermal styrofoam packaging will be used guaranteeing protection from any temperature variations, which could damage the wine. In Italy and Europe for shipments over 36-48 bottles, the wines will be shipped in their original boxes on pallets.


Shipping times vary depending on the destination: approximately three working days in Italy, seven working days within Europe, 15-20 days for the United States, and approximately ten days in the rest of the world. Duties are already included in the shipping price for all EU countries and for the United States. For all other countries outside the EU, duties must be paid in accordance with the applicable rates in that country.


If a wine or more than one wine is not available at the time of order because of our oversight, the order will be placed on hold, and you will be sent an email with the opportunity to modify it or send it out without delay.
Enoteca Pierangioli SRL reserves the right to change the prices of the wine on the website at any time, with the exception of prices that have already been established at the time of purchase.
If a purchase is not concluded with a payment within 48 hours of being placed, Enoteca Pierangioli SRL reserves the right to cancel the order.
The order will only be considered valid upon receipt of payment and only after we have sent a confirmation email.


Tracking numbers for shipping to the USA and within the EU will be sent directly from the courier. For shipments within Italy, we will send the tracking number as soon as it is available. It usually takes between 2 to 5 days to get the tracking number after an order is placed.


If, upon receiving the order, there is a mistake (the wrong producer or vintage of the wine) or if there is any damage to one or more of the bottles, you are requested to contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving the order, and we will cover the cost of the shipping of the wrong or damaged bottles. The bottles in question must be sent back to us within 30 days of delivery to:

Shipping costs for the return to sender will be at our expense. If, upon delivery, the package is already visibly damaged, we recommend you accept the order with reserve (and specify the reason) or that you don’t accept it at all.


According to the Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22 May 1999 and pursuant to the 97/7/CE Directive, the client has the right to cancel the contract within 10 days of receiving the order.

In the case of cancellation on the part of the client, the refund for the cost of the order will be settled within 30 days. The shipping costs to send the order back to the wineshop are the responsibility of the client.
